1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries. Please note that international shipping rates may vary, and delivery times may take longer depending on the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied by your country’s customs department upon arrival, and these are your responsibility.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery times, delays can happen due to external factors beyond our control. Weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Three Eagles Supplies Ltd is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your shipment is lost, please reach out to us and we will assist you in locating your package.

7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. All orders must be shipped to a valid physical address.
